TO WHOM IT IS ADDRESSED
The program is aimed at music teachers specializing in piano teaching, musicians, music students, piano students, piano teachers of all levels and all fields of employment who wish to develop and expand knowledge and skills in the field of pedagogy piano.
PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
The purpose of the program is to provide the participants with knowledge and tools regarding modern pedagogical approaches, but also the challenges in teaching a demanding musical instrument - such as the piano - in different educational environments, different ages and different levels of study.
The program delves into applied approaches to teaching modern fields of piano pedagogy such as the integration of modern repertoire and improvisation in the classical piano lesson, the formation of group teaching sections, while special emphasis is placed on the concept of inclusion and ways of integrating children with special educational needs are explored needs for piano lessons. All topics will be accompanied by laboratory-type seminars with the aim of framing and supporting practically the theoretical and research approaches for dealing with the challenges of piano teaching in our century.
MONITORING PROCEDURE
In distance education there is the possibility of synchronous and asynchronous monitoring, so that the study of the trainees is adapted to their needs and personal schedule. Attending modern conferences is encouraged but not required.
The monitoring process in both its synchronous and asynchronous form provides significant flexibility and is recorded a) through the hours of watching the modern teleconferences, b) through the hours of use and study of the asynchronous electronic platform, c) through the Quizzes and tasks submitted by the participants to the teacher(s) of each teaching unit, or d) through the practical training hours of the participants to develop their teaching skills.

- In order to document the validity of the discounts selected in the registration form, the participant must send the relevant supporting documents to the Program Secretary in a timely and certified form before the start of the Program.
- In case of non-timely shipment or non-confirmation of the validity of the submitted supporting documents, KEDIVIM reserves the right to withdraw the granted discount and the right to claim the resulting monetary difference.
