Established in 2002, the Hellenic Institute of Acoustics (HELINA), organises the Panhellenic Acoustics Conference every 2 years. The 6th «ACOUSTICS 2012» conference, is organised by the Department of Audio and Visual Arts and the Department of Music Studies of the Ionian University in the city of Corfu, in October from 8th to 10th.
The goal of the conference is to highlight the work of contemporary Greek scientists in the field of Acoustics, to present the recent research results in this field, and to introduce and promote the cooperation of the scientists involved in acoustics and its applications.
