For a second time in Corfu, Sheila Jordan one of the most creative singers of jazz of all generations, a unique performer of blues and Charlie Parker’s music, meets two of the most important Jazz musicians of Finland. Recently awarded for the total of her music work, Sheila Jordan, is one of the few singers that improvises not only to the music but she can also improvise the verses of the songs. Her unique way of interpretating ballads is, as the New York Times observe : “beyond the expressive and sentimental possibilities of other singers.”
