The City of Corfu, Ionian University and the Corfiot Events Organization present "Corfu Jazz World 2019” an international jazz festival and jazz academy with concerts and seminars by international artistsRiccardo Del Fra, Jay Clayton, Eric Ineke, David Lynch, Stavros Lantsias, Lefteris Kordis-Edmar Colon duo, Next Step Quartet and Flying Jazz.
The 2nd Corfu Jazz World which will take place from the 11th until the 14th October 2019, includes concerts and seminars with great artists.
Concerts will take place from the 11th until the 13th October 2019, while Jazz Academy will take place from the 11th until the 14th October 2019.
This year’s program features the distinguished American singer Jay Clayton, Dutch drummer Eric Ineke, and Riccardo Del Fra, a musician with multiple awards in France and Europe, a collaborator of Dizzy Gillespie, Art Blakey, Kenny Wheeler and Chet Baker and director of the jazz department of the Conservatoire National Supérieure de Musique et de Dance de Paris.
